Powerful Coaching uses heightened listening skills, not only to enable the Client to feel heard, but to really “hear” what is happening at a deeper level within the Client. When a Coach is able to “hear” at this deeper level, they utilize strong intuition that Inspires them to ask Powerful questions. These questions stretch the Client to an awareness that Inspires new insights and ideas that support their VISION.

Powerful Coaching reflects/mirrors back to the Client that which they say—their words. This enables the Client to see themselves with more clarity, from the outside and brings an awareness that otherwise can be lost.

Powerful Coaching holds the Client accountable for the actions that the Client is Inspired to take. This is an important part of coaching because it will be what will hold the Client in alignment with their VISION and what will effect Change. The Coach does this in a way that Supports the Client.

Powerful Coaching Motivates, Inspires, Supports, and Empowers the Client and is the overall energy created in the Sessions. It is the foundation of Powerful Professional Coaching.

This Process called Coaching is the same PROCESS for everyone.
